M.S. Rao has a Masters in Human Resources from MSSW, an undergrad in Economics from Vivekananda College, Madras University, and possesses over 20 years of experience in both strategy and operations in Human Resources and Management. He has worked as HR Director with MNCs (American, Italian, UK, and Japanese) via energy, oil and gas, information technology, ITES, telecom, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, and corporate conglomerate organisations. He has global exposure from travelling to Japan, Italy, and various other countries. This expertise translates into comprehensive services offered in HR operations and management.

R. MURALITHARAN has a Master in Commerce, a PG Dip. in Labour Administration, and a PG Dip. in HR Management. He has worked with major conglomerate corporate houses like Indchem Electronics (Sanmar Group), S&S Industries, Group and Foresight Group, also headed HR, handling all facets, with a UK-based BPO providing voice and data support centers. He is abreast of the latest technical and process knowledge relating to greenfield project approvals, payroll, statutory compliances, due diligence, ERP, intranet for corporate communication, visitor management, access card entry and exit management, and large manufacturing units and construction sites.
